1. Change of Mind

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for products simply because you changed your mind after receiving your order.

However, at our sole discretion, we may accept returns if:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • You provide proof of purchase.

  • The product is in a resalable condition.

If approved, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.


2. Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during delivery,

  • Faulty or defective,

  • Expired,

4. Products That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

5. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved:

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs where required.
